KeyShot World 2023 recap
KeyShot World took place on November 22nd, 2023. We had a brilliant turn out at Lumiere London and listened to presentations on CGI, animation and virtual/augmented realities.
This year, the opening of KeyShot World 2023 was accompanied by Luxion Director of EMEA Sales, Jens Heineck. INNEO Digital Reality Account Manager, Andy Dinsdale welcomed the audience and spoke, among other things, about the use of AI in visualisation. The visitors could expect exciting news directly from the KeyShot manufacturer in the keynote, including the release of KeyShot 2023.2.
After the welcome, KeyShot World visitors were able to listen to presentations by experts from renowned companies and agencies such as: XO3D, Frangus Ltd and Freelance Industrial Designer; Alex D’Souza.
The four workshops by the INNEO experts, Hazel Suttle and Chris Udell were also very popular and offered KeyShot beginners and advanced users the opportunity to get valuable tips and suggestions for their work. Between the presentaions, our attendees had the chance to attend out 1:1 training sessions, this gave them the opportunity to speak privately to our INNEO experts and improve their KeyShot skills.
We hope all attendees had a brilliant time and we hope to see you there next year!
If you missed one of the 1:1 sessions don’t forget you can book onto the online sessions happening on the 6th December.

Keyshot’s in the Back Room
David Thomson, Director, Frangus Ltd
Frangus Ltd, led by a husband-and-wife team, specialises in crafting solutions for a diverse clientele. A significant portion, approximately 90%, of the company’s projects originate from the rail sector where they specialise in designing machinery for replacing and repairing railway lines and associated assets. David’s role is principally as a design engineer and their success is built on innovation. Since 1999, David has invented and successfully brought to market more than 150 products.
Much like their peers in the industry, Frangus Ltd relies extensively on KeyShot to generate marketing and sales materials. Alternatively, when it comes to promoting their cutting-edge machinery, KeyShot assumes a pivotal role in facilitating effective communication with clients at all levels.
While the presentation will commence by spotlighting various instances of KeyShot’s application in sales and marketing efforts, its central focus will be on how Frangus use KeyShot to evaluate some of the most important safety features of many of our machines.
