KeyShot World 2024 recap
KeyShot World took place on November 20th, 2024. We had a brilliant turn out at Lumiere London and listened to presentations on CGI, animation and virtual/augmented realities.
This year, the opening of KeyShot World 2024 was accompanied by KeyShot Country Manager, Richard Gale. INNEO Digital Reality Account Manager, Andy Dinsdale welcomed the audience and spoke, among other things, about the use of AI in visualisation.
After the welcome, KeyShot World visitors were able to listen to presentations by experts from renowned companies and agencies such as: Joseph Joseph, University of Sheffield and Concept Artist; Joshua Dunlop.
The workshops by the INNEO experts, Hazel Suttle, Chris Udell and Ana Lopes were also very popular and offered KeyShot beginners and advanced users the opportunity to get valuable tips and suggestions for their work. Between the presentaions, our attendees had the opportunity to speak privately to our INNEO experts and improve their KeyShot skills.
We hope all attendees had a brilliant time and we hope to see you there next year!
If you would like to join the 1:1 sessions don’t forget you can book onto the online sessions happening on the 4th December.

How small details in Keyshot can make a big difference
Spencer Livingstone, 3D Visualiser, Joseph Joseph
Spencer Livingstone is a seasoned designer with over six years of experience in design and visualisation. After earning an MA in Information Experience Design from the Royal College of Art in 2017, Spencer has worked both in-house and as a freelancer, contributing to a wide range of projects—from innovative lighting solutions to wearable methane reducers for cows.
Spencer currently works as a 3D Visualiser at Joseph Joseph and also serves as Head of Design and Visualisation at Hindsight on a freelance basis. At Hindsight, Spencer is helping to pioneer rear-view cycling glasses using patented mirror technology.
High value engineering
Valdis Krumins, Senior project engineer, University of Sheffield Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre (AMRC)
Valdis specialises in designing and engineering solutions that seamlessly blend technology and aesthetics. Presenting the highlights rendered using KeyShot, spanning over a decade.
For example, he has helped to create x-ray detectable pens, rough diamond bracelets, ‘impossible’ metal 3D-printed integrated channels and space mirror CNC machining fixtures among many others.
These items are beautifully rendered, providing the ‘wow factor’ for the final deliverable and sometimes even making the impossible seem attainable.
Keyshot and Concept Art
Joshua Dunlop, Concept Artist – Creature Designer
Joshua Dunlop is a British artist and designer known for his realistic, lifelike renditions of Pokémon. He gained significant attention for his project called “Pokémon Zoology,” in which he reimagines Pokémon creatures as if they existed in the real world. These creations blend realistic textures, anatomy, and environmental contexts to bring the fantastical creatures to life in a way that resonates with both Pokémon fans and art enthusiasts.
Dunlop’s work is characterised by a high level of detail and a deep understanding of both biology and the original Pokémon designs, resulting in a unique and captivating art style.
